The combo consists of two new BN-VG212 li-ion rechargeable batteries, one charger kit, and a neck strap. The charger accepts AC 100v - 240v and Auto DC 12V. The BN-VG212 batteries can be charged using the enclosed charger or via an original JVC OEM BN-VG212 battery charger. The kit comes with wall and car chargers and can be used to power up both JVC original BN-VG212 and any third-party replacement batteries.
